Returns & Refunds

In the event that you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 20% of the total of the cancelled item.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from HoneyHand. Every wig is customised and made to order so for that reason we are unable to accept returns and/or process refunds. We especially do not accept returns, refund requests or disputes for the following reasons:

-You do not think the wig suits you

-You are not happy with the personalised customisations you have requested.

-The wig is too large or too small. The wigs come in a standard size of 22.5 inches.

In the event that your order is incomplete or faulty please email hello@honeyhand.co.uk. Please note, wigs can only be returned with the lace uncut and in the original packaging due to hygiene purposes
