Although we do not offer refunds on our services, we will gladly rectify any service within one week of your original visit, providing it is not a fault that you may have caused. This service is free and will need to be organised via email or phone call. Please note services CANNOT be refunded. Products/Wigs can only be refunded IF unused and in its original packaging, without the lace being cut.
