A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If a deposit fails (e.g., card declines, funds unavailable), we reserve the right to cancel your booking if we cannot contact you or if payment is not resolved within 24 hours. All deposits are non-refundable.

We require at least 7 days’ notice to change your appointment. Amendments are only accepted via email. Changes requested within 7 days of your appointment may result in your deposit being forfeited.

Cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. In the very rare event that we must cancel your appointment (e.g., due to staff illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will give you at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. If this occurs, we will reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. If you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, your deposit may be forfeited.

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are not satisfied with your service, we are happy to rectify it within one week of your original appointment (providing the issue is not due to misuse or aftercare neglect). This correction is free of charge and must be arranged by emailing us.

Due to hygiene reasons, products and wigs are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Faulty products must be reported within 7 days of receipt and returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will not be issued for products that show signs of wear, use, or tampering.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behaviour or does not comply with these terms.

Once you leave your appointment, it is your responsibility to follow the aftercare advice provided to maintain your wig/service. Damage caused by neglect or incorrect handling is not eligible for correction or refund.

Any personal information you provide (e.g., contact details, booking history) is kept strictly confidential and used only for booking and customer service purposes.
