  • I’m currently located in East London, not too far from the A406/A12.

  • Unfortunately not. I specialise in wigs and sew-ins only.

  • Unfortunately not. I have perfected my technique to the wigs I supply; often made by myself.

  • If you’re having a sew-in, you’re free to bring your own hair. However for wigs; I supply my own hair which is covered in the cost of the service. 

  • Yes, as long as 7 days notice is given, you can change your appointment without losing your deposit - please email me with your order number to confirm your preferred date/time. If less than 7 days notice is given, you will lose your deposit and will need to make an entirely new booking.

  • All of my wigs are made to order which means it has been made just for you. Please refer to the refund policy.

  • When you purchase a Made to Order Wig, you will be asked to choose a slot for which your wig will be made. Your wig will be made and dispatched within 2 weeks of your selected date, so if you placed an order slot for the 1st of the month, expect it to be dispatched by the 14th of the month.

  • Yes, I can make longer wigs on request. Please order a bob wig and add your style preference in the notes. I will then be in touch to finalise details.

  • Yes, your shipping will be calculated at the checkout but you can also click here to view current shipping prices and timeframes from the date your order is dispatched.

  • All queries are handled via email. I do try to respond within 48 hours but at times, this can be a little longer so please bear with me. 

  • At the moment, we operate from a cosy, private space, so i’m unable to accommodate for extra guests. In the event extra persons arrive they will be turned away.

  • Yes, but you would need to book two separate slots.
